Planning a bulk order? Here are the essentials before you choose your custom merch.

What are the minimum order quantities?

Grinders and rolling trays start at 50 units per product. Clipper® lighters start at 240 units. See each product page for available pack sizes.

Where can I see pricing?

Our product descriptions list pack quantities and prices. Compare grinders, rolling trays and Clipper® lighters, or explore bundle packs if you need all three.

Can I see my engraving before I pay?

Yes. We send you a photo of your engraved sample for approval before collecting payment. Payment is by e-transfer after you approve.

How do I send my logo?

After placing your order, email your clearest, highest-resolution logo to smoketartco@gmail.com. Include your order number. Our ordering guide walks you through the steps.

Can I mix colours?

Mix-and-match colours are available for grinders and trays. Put your colour breakdown in the Special Instructions box in your cart. Lighter colours depend on inventory.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We quality-check every batch and ship Canada-wide with tracking in 2–4 weeks. If you are ordering for an event, contact us before ordering to discuss your ideal delivery date.

What should I include in a quote request?

Send your business name, the products you want, approximate quantities and ideal delivery date. Request a quote if you need help deciding where to start.
